Refund & Return

Outer Banks Clothing Company is a small family owned company and all of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Outer Banks Clothing Company will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing hello@outerbanksclothingcompany.com and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Production & Delivery

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price.
